To receive your voucher for the RECYCLED ART AUCTION  you must fill out the form below and it will then be emailed to you.   Please include in the comment section how you learned of the Recycled Art Auction.

Reminder:  This is only for items to be used for the Recycled Art Auction.  These completed pieces will then be donated to Habitat for Humanity to be auctioned off.  We have the right to refuse any and all items and voucher requests.  Thank you for your interest.
